Ask the Contractor Teleconferences (ACT)

Ask the Contractor Teleconferences (ACTs) are intended to open the communication channels between providers and Palmetto GBA, which allows for timely identification of problems and information-sharing in an informal and interactive atmosphere. These teleconferences will be held at least quarterly. To help ensure your access to this conference call, we ask that you dial in five to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

The topic will be announced approximately three weeks before the calls. While a specialty topic will be offered for the call, all provider questions will be responded to during the call regardless of whether they concern the topic of the call or not.
